Merrimack Adult Day Health provides care and companionship for older adults who need assistance or supervision during the day.

Programs offer relief to family members and caregivers, allowing them to go to work, handle personal business,
or just relax while knowing their relative is well cared for and safe. The goals of the programs are to delay or prevent institutionalization by providing alternative care, to enhance self-esteem, and to encourage socialization. Merrimack Adult Day Health Center provides social activities, meals, recreation, and some health-related services, intensive health, therapeutic, and social services for individuals with serious medical conditions and those at risk of requiring nursing home care . We pride ourselves in celebrating the cultures of the people we serve.

Community is important to the people we serve and to us. Our bilingual staff support individuals from a wide range of backgrounds. We provide meals and activities that celebrate culture and offer a taste of home.
