Our adult day health center is a secure and welcoming space. Seniors with memory care needs can safely enjoy their favorite activities and make friends. At the same time, their families have peace of mind that they are safe, cared for, and thriving.
Our team is passionate about helping seniors and other adults with memory diagnoses live well. We tailor supports to each person’s needs and treatment goals, including:
- Help with personal care and daily living
- Behavioral health services
- Support for memory or cognitive challenges
- Fun activities to help seniors keep social and cognitive skills
Our center is dedicated to the needs of seniors with dementia and other needs.
Social and recreation activities
Program Participants can stay active and social joining in group activities, exercise, and outings. Our center has a full day of activities for a variety of interests.
Medical and wellness services
Our nurses can help with any medical needs at our center. They give medications and provide daily care for a range of needs, including chronic illnesses and behavioral health challenges.
